Our Commitment

ShiftStackApp is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We work to improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards to the best of our ability. ShiftStackApp strives to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

ADA Compliance

We are working toward compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. Our goal is to make ShiftStackApp usable by people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, and other assistive technologies.

• Keyboard navigation supported throughout the application
• ARIA labels on interactive elements
• Sufficient color contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for text)
• Focus indicators visible on all interactive elements
• Descriptive alt text on meaningful images
• Form fields have associated labels
• No content flashes more than 3 times per second
• Resizable text up to 200% without loss of functionality

Known Limitations

We are aware of the following areas where accessibility is not yet fully achieved and are actively working to address them:

• Some AI-generated website templates may not automatically include ARIA landmarks
• The AI chat interface may have limited screen reader support for streaming responses
• Some complex data visualizations in analytics may lack text alternatives
• Some third-party embedded content may not meet WCAG standards
