30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with ShiftStackApp for any reason within 30 days of your first payment, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

What Qualifies for a Refund

  • First-time subscription purchase within 30 days
  • Service was unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our fault
  • You were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong amount)
  • The service did not work as advertised and our support team could not resolve the issue

What Does Not Qualify

  • Renewals after the first 30-day period
  • Downgrade requests (you continue on the current plan until end of billing period)
  • Lifetime deal purchases after 30 days
  • Usage of the service beyond your plan limits without upgrading

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund (optional but helpful)

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The credit will appear on your original payment method. We process refunds via Stripe; your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refund is issued for unused time after the 30-day guarantee window.
